Even though our coach developed a minor fault the driver called ahead to arrange another coach and we were transferred!! and WE Still arrived on time!! My flight had been delayed from Bournemouth for 7 hours and the correspondence from your team was second to none and very reassuring. You also arranged for me to be picked up from my accommodation on the return journey. The journey both ways was very comfortable with your air conditioned vehicles and courteous drivers.
