Automated credit vouchers

As we continually strive to improve, we have now introduced an automated credit voucher system. Customers who need to cancel a booking can now do so via the website. The voucher will be emailed automatically and then can be used via the website using the code, upload function or simply drag and drop the file into the credit voucher section of the booking form. All customers with a valid credit voucher have been sent their new voucher via email, this replaces the old voucher issued previously. In the event that the voucher has a higher value than the ticket, the system will generate a new voucher for the balance.
