EES implementation from 12th October

There is growing concern about the implications of the new EES (Entry/Exit system) being introduced from Sunday 12th October 2025.  We await formal notification but as far as we are currently aware, the plan is to introduce the checks at Alicante, Murcia and Almeria airports from the 12th October.

Arriving passengers from the 12th onwards should expect longer delays at passport control and we are making provisions to hold our vehicles at the airport to accommodate this to ensure no one is left behind, we will require passenger patience as waiting times will inevitably increase for some passengers.

We are planning to modify the pick up times for every passenger departing on Sunday to ensure our buses arrive 3 hours before the departure time to allow extra time for the checks to take place. We will contact all affected passengers via whatsapp on Saturday with the new pick up time, please reply as soon as possible.  For passengers without whatsapp travelling on Sunday 12th only we will email you with your new time, please confirm as soon as possible.

This is a huge logistical issue for us and we would really appreciate customer cooperation. Please refrain from calling or emailing about future dates, once we experience the impact on the first day, we will then plan the future days initially on a day by day basis.
