Import notice to passengers arriving in Spain from 23rd November onwards

Important notice - all passengers arriving into Spain from the 23rd November onwards, whether resident or not, arriving from high risk countries will need to provide a negative PCR Covid test certificate on arrival or face a hefty €6,000 fine.

This will apply to virtually all passengers arriving into Spain from the UK and most other European countries.
