Important announcement for Corvera passengers

Important announcement for passengers travelling to and from Corvera Airport. After a torrid 17 months for the travel industry, which has been impossibly difficult due to constantly changing restrictions, we have made the decision to work towards reducing the losses we continue to suffer at Corvera Airport.

Since the start of the pandemic, we have continued to operate buses for every flight from the UK & Ireland, even though, on many occasions, we have only transported single passengers. We will continue to operate this service at least until the end of October, and hopefully through the winter and on to 2022.

However, a temporary measure will be introduced from Friday 06/08/21 until further notice. Our objective is to reduce costs whilst maintaining the service without increasing prices.

From tomorrow we will aim to merge buses landing or departing within a 2 hour time frame. This will mean that any arriving passengers may have a longer than anticipated wait for the next bus. Or pick up times for departing passengers may be earlier than anticipated resulting in a longer wait at the airport than the standard 2 hours.

If you are due to arrive into Corvera and will be affected by a longer wait, we will contact you via text message the day before travel to notify you of any changes. Any passengers due to depart from Corvera will be contacted by phone the day before travel with the amended pick up time.

Any passengers who are not prepared to wait will be offered a full refund and the booking will be cancelled.

We hope that all passengers understand our current situation and will work with us to keep the service operating.

In general these changes will not affect the Almeria and Alicante services. However, there may be occasions where the Alicante bus is used to assist with the Corvera service and any Alicante passengers affected will be notified of the diversion the day before travel.
