New Text Messaging Service

We are delighted to announce that all passengers booking seats after the 7th January 2016 will receive a text message confirmation the day before travelling on our shuttle buses.

We have implemented this service as we continually strive to improve our customer experience. It is envisaged that this will eliminate the majority of data errors the day before travel.  The message will detail booking reference, pick up time and place and drop off point.

We aim to reduce the need to track down passengers who have booked the wrong dates or those who have changed their travel plans. We ask all customers who receive incorrect information to contact us immediately and then we can rectify any errors the day before travel.

Assuming all goes to plan, this new service will reduce unnecessary waiting time and travel time therefore improving our service.
