New WhatsApp messaging system starts today

From today 09.07.26, we will be using our new WhatsApp system, messages for passengers travelling tomorrow will receive a message at 13.30 CET. If your pick up time has changed, the new time will be shown on the message. Confirmation is requested, please respond as soon as possible. If you don´t have WhatsApp, don´t worry you will receive an SMS instead and from now on you can reply to these messages.

If you don´t receive a message by 13.45 the day before you plan to travel, there is an issue with your booking (or you have forgotten to book) contact us urgently and we will do what we can to accommodate you where possible. Please double check the information and in particular you have booked the correct stop.

This is part of our continued improvement program, improving the journey times and by requesting travel confirmation, we aim to reduce needless waiting time for passengers who have changed their plans and not communicated it. (It would help us greatly if you can let us know if you are not travelling).
