Recent Incident on one of our Bus services

Following a recent incident on one of our buses, two clients decided to open a bottle of champagne when travelling on the bus, the contents sprayed across the bus, we advise all passengers that this behavior will not be tolerated. Please find below a statement on behalf of the company, thank you for your co-operation
Important message for all passengers
All of our vehicles are nonsmoking. Consumption of food, drinks or alcohol is not permitted on our vehicles, with the exception of water. We understand that accidents happen, but the comfort of all passengers is our priority and any damage, abuse or lack of respect for vehicles, drivers and fellow passengers is taken very seriously.
We retain the right to refuse to transport or evict rude, drunk or abusive passengers. Please both respect the driver and your fellow passengers and leave the vehicle in the same condition you find it.
When travelling with young children, please ensure that extra care is taken, as a charge of 50€ is payable for cleaning in the event of spillage, damage or removal of stains from seats.
Drivers are instructed to check their vehicles for damage prior to passengers boarding and on delivery of passengers.
Please also ensure you take all your personal belongings when departing the vehicle.

Queda totalmente prohibido fumar y el uso de cigarros electrónicos en nuestros vehículos. El consumo de comidas, bebidas (excepto agua) y el alcohol no está permitido.
Tomamos muy en serio el confort de todos los pasajeros. Por esta razón, pedimos que respeten la limpieza y orden de los autobuses, dejándolos en el mismo estado en el que se lo han encontrado, igual que pedimos máximo respeto hacia los demás pasajeros a bordo y los conductores.
Nos reservamos el derecho de negar la subida o incluso desalojar a pasajeros groseros, ebrios o abusivos.
Cuando viajen con niños, pedimos que tengan el máximo cuidado, ya que un cobro de hasta 50 euros es aplicable por la limpieza de vehículo. Todos nuestros coches/autobuses están inspeccionados por los conductores antes y después de cada viaje.
Por favor, asegurase de llevar todas sus pertenencias.
