Service Resuming and office re-opening
19th May, 2020
From today we will accept new bookings for travel from June 17th onwards. Currently Jet2 and some European flight companies have pencilled in flights to begin operating from June 17th, so this is the provisional date for our services to resume. We intend to operate buses to Almeria, Murcia International and the daily Alicante bus, servicing flights landing before 11.45am or departures after 10.30am. Ryanair and Easyjet plan to resume flights from July 1st.
Bookings can be made at any time via the website, with a member of staff attending to telephone bookings between 10am and 2pm, Monday to Friday. Credit voucher bookings can be processed over the phone or via email.
Due to the current uncertainty between governments and the airlines, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU ONLY BOOK 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. We will ensure that we have capacity for all passengers, but by only booking 48 hours in advance, the administrative impact will be reduced if flights do not resume as currently planned.
As mentioned, Ryanair and Easyjet plan to resume flights from July 1st, with Ryanair´s service into Murcia International significantly reduced. If you already have a booking with us beyond June 17th, and your flight details have changed, simply modify your booking online using the ´Manage my Booking´ section of the website.
The office will re-open on Monday 1st June. We will adhere to all sanitary requirements, and we will insist on only one customer at a time due to the restricted space inside. Wherever possible, we advise customers to book online or via the telephone to keep contact to minimum. Please note that the office will only open from 10am until 2pm Monday to Friday during the month of June.
Our buses will run at reduced capacity, in accordance with the current guidelines, to ensure the minimum required distance between passengers is achieved. All vehicles will be cleaned and disinfected after each journey and sanitized daily using ozone machines. Face masks will be obligatory for all drivers and passengers, and hand sanitizer will be provided on all vehicles.
